To ensure that all guests enjoy a tranquil green spa experience, we encourage you to turn off your cell phone or other electronic devices and ask that you also refrain from wearing any perfumes or fragrances.

Reservations

To accommodate all your services, we suggest making your reservations as far in advance as possible. A credit card or gift certificate number is required for reserving services more than 2 hours in order to guarantee your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for all of our guests, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service value of your treatments and applied to your account.

Health Matters

In order to assure your maximum safety and comfort while in our facility, a brief health history questionnaire may be required. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. All information is considered confidential.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for any of our treatments or in any monetary denomination of your choice.
