HOLISTIC SPRING REVIVAL PACKAGE - $159 (2.0 hrs)
All guests must wear a mask or facial covering which shields their mouth and nose completely. You are welcome to bring a mask with you, any type is fine. You will be required to wear this throughout the entire duration of your visit with us.
Please arrive alone to the spa, and do not bring children with you. We are permitted to only allow guests who are receiving services to enter the spa.
Please do not bring outside food or drink with you to your appointment.
Please only bring necessities with you to your appointment (for eg, keys, wallet, cell phone).
Once inside, we will have you sanitize your hands and complete a brief health screening.
Please do not come to the spa if you are:
Confirmed positive to have COVID-19.
Feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, including cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, or difficulty in breathing.
Have been in contact with someone who is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19.
Are awaiting COVID-19 test results because you are suspected to have contracted COVID-19, or if someone in your household is awaiting test results.
Caring for someone who is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19.
We would be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
What we are doing to keep you safe
Our staff will look a little different:
All estheticians will be wearing masks, gloves, and eye protection or face shield at any time they are touching you throughout your appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the spa for your use.
We will be sanitizing and washing hands frequently.
Time between services is provided for your esthetician to properly sanitize and disinfect your station prior to your arrival and at your departure.
Estheticians will only be looking after one guest at a time.
All high touch areas including bathroom, door handles, and payment terminals will be disinfected frequently throughout the day.
All staff members are health screened prior to beginning their shift each day.
Any staff member that is feeling unwell will be absent from work.
Files and buffers are never reused and are disposed of.
We clean, sanitize, disinfect, and sterilize all tools and equipment after each guest.
After sanitization, disinfection, and sterilization, tools are stored in a UV sterilizer to avoid any contamination.
After each guest, our pedicure chairs (actually, all surfaces that you might come into contact with during an experience) are sanitized and disinfected.
Pedicure basins are scrubbed and disinfected with high quality medical grade (but natural and not harmful to your health!) cleaning products after each use.
Clean, laundered and fresh linens, towels, robes, slippers, headbands, chair slipcovers, lab coats and aprons are used for every service and client.
All food and beverages have been discontinued temporarily.
Please bring flip flops to your appointment as we will not have room to allow for polish to dry for a long period of time.
There will be no magazines available for use. Please feel free to bring a book or magazine along with you.
We ask that you please refrain from touching retail items. If you would like to purchase a product on the same day as your appointment please let us know and we will be happy to retrieve it for you. Testers are temporarily unavailable.
Prior to payment, we assure that the front desk and the payment terminal have been disinfected. We will also pre-arrange your next appointment prior to your departure, as well as arrange any retail purchases you may wish to go home with.
While we love to visit with you, we do ask that you please vacate after appointment as soon as possible to allow us to thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment, surfaces, and work areas before our next guest arrives.
